2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for product integrity and safety.
• Collaborates effectively with team members.
• Adaptable to challenges and changes.
• Driven to achieve success and improve results.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
