Job Description

Join ALDI as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member and be a crucial part of our warehouse operations. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for distribution to our stores. Your dedication to quality, safety, and efficiency will help us maintain our high standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with warehouse leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
• Inspect products for quality and address safety and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely following established guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to achieve operational goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication, basic math, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds frequently.
• Perform various physical tasks in the warehouse environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
