Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers.

Position Type

• Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, stand, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
