2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Aldi is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations team. As a part-time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring the quality and safety of our merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, perform basic arithmetic, and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in various warehouse environments.
