2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Follow safety guidelines, reporting any concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically fit to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
