2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing operation at Aldi. As a part-time employee, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring that merchandise is handled efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide insights to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues promptly.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating industrial equipment.
