2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our fast-paced warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures the seamless flow of products to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. As a part-time employee, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week and be an essential part of our dynamic and efficient warehouse team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
