2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Collaborate with the warehouse management to improve processes and achieve goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
