Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work collaboratively with the team to achieve warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
