2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operations of our distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures for operating equipment.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at different heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
