2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise relocation, sorting, loading, and unloading tasks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements to warehouse management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
