2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Join Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member and be part of our fast-paced warehouse operations that ensure products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and safety programs to support your success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Able to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment in varying temperatures.
