Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores efficiently, contributing to the satisfaction of our customers.

• Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

• $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Offer input to improve warehouse processes and support budget goals.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any quality or safety issues.

Job Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, efficiency, and organization.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, and operating in various temperatures.
