2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, collaborate effectively with the team, and drive for success in achieving warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic guidelines.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, and operating equipment.
