Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring optimal warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines, report product quality issues, and perform assigned tasks efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Adaptable, collaborative, positive, and driven for success.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks with attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
