Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate and handle merchandise following product guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and support budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company guidelines.
• Contribute to a collaborative and organized working environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Efficiently interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
