Job Description

We are seeking a 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The selected candidate will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders from stores by selecting and receiving incoming stock, as well as relocating, sorting, organizing, and loading merchandise. This role also involves performing general cleaning duties, participating in warehouse inventory counts, and cooperating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements
• Participate in-taking warehouse inventory counts
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership
• Provide input to warehouse management to improve processes
• Inspect products and consult with warehouse management regarding quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
