Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in managing warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient flow of products to our stores. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily shipping schedules to maintain store inventory levels.
• Supervise product selection, staging, and pallet construction.
• Communicate effectively and promptly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and support warehouse team members, providing coaching and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines.
• Handle administrative tasks and assist in achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Proficiency in operating powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
