Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.

• Oversee product receiving, selection, and shipping processes.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to direct reports for effective teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory procedures.
• Train and develop warehouse personnel for maximum productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage controllable expenses and inventory efficiently.
