We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a safe working environment. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in driving success and maintaining high performance standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, and storage of products.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates to maximize their potential.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage controllable expenses and inventory efficiently.
• Address and resolve warehouse issues promptly and effectively.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
