3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi's team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, and leading a team of warehouse associates.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules based on warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise job activities of direct reports, monitoring tasks and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Oversee receiving, selection, shipping, and storage of products.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Collaborate with peers and other operational areas to fulfill warehouse duties.
• Monitor and manage expenses, inventory, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure a safe work environment and address warehouse issues promptly.
• Lead, plan, and facilitate Warehouse Associate meetings.
• Train, evaluate, and provide feedback to direct reports to maintain a motivated workforce.

Job Qualifications

• Demonstrated positive attitude, resilience, and ability to drive success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop direct reports.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Continuous standing and frequent bending, reaching, and walking in the warehouse.
