Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operation, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing stock inventory, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality and address safety concerns.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
