Job Description

We are seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a renowned company committed to providing superior products and customer service. As a valued member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling and organizing merchandise to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for our stores. You must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI. The starting wage for this position is $23.00 per hour, with an average of 30-35 hours per week. Responsibilities

  • Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
  • Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
  • Sort, organize, and strategically load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments from trucks.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
  • Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
  • Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership through ongoing communication and exchange of information.
  • Provide input to warehouse management regarding changes to improve processes.
  • Inspect product, consult with warehouse management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
  • Move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare product for store deliveries.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment safely and properly.
