Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Description: We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve goals. The ideal candidate will be 18 years or older and demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

The position requires lifting products up to 45 pounds on pallets, moving merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and operating powered industrial equipment. Candidates must be able to work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
