3rd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Full-Time | 30-35 hours per week | Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to warehouse management for process improvement.
• Inspect, consult, and independently decide within the delegated area of responsibility.
• Assist warehouse management in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow established procedures, including the ergonomic program and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Acts Competencies: 18 years of age or older, conscientious, collaborative, resilient, and success-driven.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Interpret and apply company policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse, work in varying temperatures, and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
