ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe freight handling on assigned shifts.

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Maintain load plans and balance for safe operations.
• Support a values-driven culture and work collaboratively to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation and freight handling desirable.
• Supervisory experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques and regulations.
