Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work, monitor performance, and provide training.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and handle hazardous materials appropriately.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation or related field is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is preferred; knowledge of freight handling techniques is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
