General Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and efficient freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain proper load plans and ensure safe vehicle operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and promote compliance with handling regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of freight handling techniques.
