ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is currently seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As a crucial member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating resources to ensure the safe and timely loading/unloading of freight, while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and efficient loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Create a clean, safe work environment and promote safe handling of materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in transportation or logistics.
• Supervisory experience and general knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
