General Description of Duties:
- Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe freight loading/unloading.
- Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
- Assign tasks, coordinate work, and provide training and feedback.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with handling regulations.
- Collaborate in a team to achieve department goals and uphold company values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in service center operations or transportation.
- Strong supervisory skills and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
