Access and Reimbursement Manager New York City

Job Description

We are looking for an Access and Reimbursement Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals in New York City. As the EMD Access and Reimbursement Manager, you will be responsible for executing the market access business plan for Epidiolex in the State of New York. Your role involves building relationships with providers, educating them on payer and reimbursement policies, resolving patient access issues, and collaborating with various internal and external teams to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Analyze data and develop action steps.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers and accounts.
• Educate providers on patient access services and payer requirements.
• Address patient-specific issues and provide resolutions.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams on payer action plans.
• Monitor and communicate coverage policy changes.
• Conduct business reviews and training activities.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree with at least 5 years of pharma or medical device experience.
• Strong account management and reimbursement background.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy and managed care preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
