Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at the Corporate Office located in Murrieta. This position offers an immediate start for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring prompt resolution of discrepancies.
  • Review all invoices and check requests to verify documentation, approval, and account coding.
  • Maintain and update Excel reports, including monthly closing spreadsheets.
  • Manage vendor files, address vendor inquiries related to invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Investigate invoice issues and facilitate resolution with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Generate monthly reports and conduct necessary account analyses.
  • Support accounting department tasks as needed.
