Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, requirement, and design development for software systems
- Code development, integration, and maintenance for software components
- Provide technical leadership, mentor teammates, and drive software projects
- Plan and execute software research and development initiatives
- Establish and implement software verification plans and test procedures
- Work under minimal supervision in an Agile, collaborative setting
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Computer Engineering or related field
- 5+ years' experience with C, C++, Ada, Java, and/or Python
- 3+ years' team leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing mission systems software on aircraft platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with team collaboration tools like Git, Agility, Jenkins
- Active Secret US Security Clearance is a plus
