Job Description
Join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc as an Agronomy Applicator. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the precise application of crop nutrients and protection products, as well as the maintenance of equipment and facilities. We are seeking a candidate who is mechanically-inclined, enjoys outdoor work, and is dedicated to providing professional service.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals following recommendations and guidelines.
- Maintain facility, equipment, and vehicles for optimal functionality and appearance.
- Complete applicator logs, reports, and necessary records.
- Promote business with customers and ensure timely product delivery.
- Operate equipment safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in training seasonal employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Prior experience a plus but not mandatory.
