Job Description

We are looking for a talented Analytics Manager specializing in Web and Digital Marketing to join our team at Cella. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making processes, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the success of our client's online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend practical insights by analyzing site experience data.
  • Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys.
  • Ensure accurate website reporting and tagging for multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate insights into the planning process.
  • Enhance ongoing reporting and build a reporting repository for self-service.
  • Be a thought partner in creating an insights foundation rooted in experience analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master's degree in a technology or quantitative field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, and site optimization.
  • Expertise with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CDP/DMP platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience in SQL is a plus.

This role is local to Boston, Massachusetts, and follows a hybrid schedule.
