Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores efficiently for our growing number of customers. The average weekly hours for this role range from 30 to 35 hours. Our team consists of hardworking individuals dedicated to working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Comprehensive training and safety programs provide the necessary skills for our associates to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive and pick incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Reshuffle merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
- Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipping.
- General cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts following guidelines.
- Collaborate efficiently with colleagues, suppliers, and warehouse leaders through continuous communication and information sharing.
- Provide feedback to warehouse management on process improvement opportunities.
- Inspect products, consult with warehouse management on product quality, safety concerns, and hygiene issues.
- Act independently within delegated areas of responsibility.
- Assist warehouse management in achieving budgeted goals.
- Complete all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and procedures.
- Follow ergonomics program per established procedures.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
- Notify management of product quality, safety concerns, and hygiene issues.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 20 kg on pallets of various heights.
- Capability to move warehouse inventory and prepare products for store deliveries.
- Physical agility to perform various tasks like sitting, standing, squatting, stretching, lifting, and walking in the warehouse.
- Operate industrial equipment safely and appropriately.
