Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. Your duties will include supervising a team, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the direct leader in developing and implementing action plans for improved store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Maintain store standards, merchandise products effectively, and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring customer service excellence and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
