Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. Your responsibilities will include identifying training opportunities to develop and grow the team while improving operating results and maintaining the store's competitive position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Ensure inventory procedures and product handling guidelines are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience.
• Management experience preferred.
