Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store operations, improve store performance, manage schedules, and develop action plans. You will play a crucial role in training and developing the team to enhance overall productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities for team development.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience in retail management preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
