Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Provide guidance and set expectations for team members to achieve desired results.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve employee performance.
  • Monitor competitive market trends and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
  • Maintain store cleanliness standards and product merchandising.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when needed.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead a team and provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, personnel costs, and inventory management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
