Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in store management by supervising day-to-day activities, optimizing store performance, managing schedules, and fostering team development.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
