Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a key role in store management, including supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. You will also be responsible for identifying training opportunities to enhance team growth.

$25.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and make recommendations to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness standards and stock levels.
• Supervise team operations and provide excellent customer service.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
