Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, developing operational plans, and leading a team to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and suggest necessary adjustments.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Supervise and support team members to provide the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience of at least 3 years.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
