Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in store management by supervising day-to-day activities, improving operating results, fostering teamwork, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to boost store performance.
- Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and suggest improvements.
- Manage inventory, product merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure the highest level of customer service.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Prior retail experience with management skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
