Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. You will also identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team members.
• Monitor competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure highest level of customer service.

Requirements:

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
