Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi's team in a Full-Time position. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, implementing action plans, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include developing and communicating job expectations, monitoring the competitive environment, maintaining store cleanliness, optimizing stock levels, and supervising team operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
