Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. Your duties will include establishing job responsibilities, identifying training opportunities, monitoring the competitive environment, providing product feedback, and maintaining store cleanliness standards.
