Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to the team for optimal performance.
• Identify training opportunities and assist team members in achieving enhanced performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products effectively, and ensure product quality.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, escalate issues when necessary, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and develop team members.
• Knowledge of retail management principles and budgeting.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
