Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking to hire an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day store operations, driving excellent customer service, and ensuring the overall performance of the store. As an Assistant Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in supervising the team, maintaining inventory, and upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader in developing and implementing action plans for improving store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
