Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and a focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
• Ensure quality and freshness of products, and accurate product signage.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
